Whether you are looking compete locally or nationally La Fleur Stables can help you reach your goals. English-style saddle seat riding lessons are offered for people of all ages and riding levels. Through the summer and holiday camps, riders are able to bond with the horses and gain a better understanding of the dedication needed to make riding a lifelong activity. If you are interested in buying a horse of your own, the stables has horses for sale for every type of rider.
The standard board fee includes daily turnout, daily stall cleaning, and twice daily feedings. In addition the boarder has access to the indoor arena, storage space and their own tack.
Training time is dictated by the individual horse’s particular needs and abilities. Trainers assess each individual’s progress on a daily basis. Lessons on other horses will be charged. Trainers also judge when each horse is ready to show, and where the horse would benefit most from showing. When a new horse arrives at LaFleur Stables, the trainers can make a fair and accurate appraisal of the horse’s ability in terms of talent and soundness within 90 days. The owner is then advised whether it is worthwhile to proceed with training. LaFleur Stables offers these services:
