Lesson Instructor:

Neva La Fleur

In 1991, the youngest daughter of the La Fleur family, Neva, started professionally as a trainer with Marlene. For almost 23 years, she has acted as horse trainer and lesson instructor for Madison Riding Academy and facility manager for La Fleur Stables. Neva was the American Saddlebred National Pleasure Equitation Champion as a young girl and as an adult, in 2006 she personally won her Worlds Champion in the 5 gaited stallion gelding 4 year old class with “Keep Me Posted” aka Charlie. Neva has been involved in the American Saddlebred Association of Wisconsin, and was voted by her peers as United Professional Horseman’s Association Chapter ¾ 2004 Horse person of the Year. She is a life member of the American Saddlebred Horse Association. She has her national judges card and is an instructor of world champion riders. She especially enjoys instructing those who ride for the love of the horse. Her two sons, Devon and Addam, also enjoy the horses and farm life.
